About online coordination
Q. What is the difference from normal interior coordination?
A. Normal interior coordination includes home visit (field survey), measurement of existing furniture, product ordering, furniture installation / assembly, but online coordination is at your own expense. I will.
In addition, all transactions are non-face-to-face exchanges.
Q. How do you get in touch?
A. Basically, you will be dealing by email. If you wish, you can also contact us via Zoom.
Q. What do you ask on the hearing sheet?
A. We will hear about the floor plan of the room to be coordinated, necessary furniture, and other specific requests.

Q. Is it possible to coordinate with existing furniture and accessories?
A. Yes. It is possible. Please show the photos and dimensions of your furniture and accessories at the time of hearing.
Q. Are living and dining charges extra?
A. Living + dining will be charged for one room.
(Either living room or dining room will be the price for one room)
Q. I don't have a drawing of the room, can I request it?
A. It is possible if you show us the handwritten floor plan with the dimensions.
In addition, depending on the content of your request, drawings may not be required, so please contact us once.
Q. How many correction requests can I make?
A. We support up to 2 times.
Q. The selected product has been sold out. Can I have a different product selected?
A. We will select a substitute within one week after sending the selection list.
Q. Do you support the selection of curtains?
A. We support it. We will select the curtain that suits the furniture and accessories. (We will propose from the ready-made curtains that can be purchased online)
Q. Please tell me how to pay the fee.
A. You can choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
